You’re ready to wean. But your child isn’t.

What if weaning didn’t have to feel like a battle - but could become a gentle story your toddler understands?

A loving way to stop breastfeeding without tears, guilt, or losing your bond.

See How It Works

If this feels familiar, you are not alone.

Many mothers reach a point where they feel physically and emotionally exhausted, ready to wean, but their child is not, and they don’t know how to do it gently.

You feel exhausted, but guilty saying no.

Your toddler still asks to nurse day and night - often just for comfort.

You know weaning is natural and will happen at some stage… but you don’t know how to get there.

You want to stop, but you’re scared of hurting your bond.

You’ve tried different things, but nothing seems to work.

You feel stuck between love and overwhelm.

A loving visual cue that makes gentle weaning easier

Feliz Wean silicone nipple covers gently conceal your nipples with a soft, playful design, helping create the simple and believable idea that “boobs are sleeping.

This small but powerful visual change helps you turn weaning into a story your toddler can understand, making it easier to guide them toward new forms of comfort, connection, and independence.

How to use Feliz Wean

Getting started is simple. In just a few steps, you can begin gently guiding your toddler through the weaning process.

Select the shade that best matches your skin tone, and the size that best fits your breast. The covers should be large enough to cover both the nipple and areola comfortably. This helps create a natural, seamless look - making it easier for your toddler to accept the idea that “boobs are sleeping.”
Place the silicone covers gently over your nipples. For best results, apply them when your child is not watching, so the visual cue remains natural and believable.
When your toddler looks or asks to nurse, calmly explain: “Boobs are sleeping” or “Milk is resting.” You can create a story, but the trick is to keep it simple, gentle, and consistent.
Offer comfort in other ways - a cuddle, a story, a drink, play… or allow your partner or another caregiver to step in and take over. Follow what feels natural for you and your family.
Try to keep the covers in place and avoid letting your child remove them, so the message stays clear and easy for them to understand. Consistency helps your toddler feel secure and accept the change more smoothly.

You can move at your own pace, gently adjusting the process in a way that feels right for you and your child.

“We turned it into a little story… and suddenly it wasn’t a battle anymore.”

“My partner could finally help. That changed everything.”

Amazing

I could not recomend this enough. I was at my last straw trying to wean my little but didn't want to do it with constant crying. These did the trick still took a couple days but so much easier and fun!

It works!!!!!
This is the ONLY thing that worked. I nursed for almost 2 years on the day. I did not want to keep going but I couldn't bear hear my son cry. This worked! I would show him my breast with the covers on and would say "no more" and he accepted it.

Game Changer
These covers were super lightweight and comfortable and could be used multiple times. The visual reminder was game changing for my toddler while we were stopping nursing. I had bought multiple products for this endeavor but this one was the only one I needed. A must have for any parents ready to quit nursing.

Amazing!!!!!!! So cute and simple!
I can't say enough great things about these nipple covers <3 I couldn't find a way to wean my 2 year old that felt right for us and this was so, so perfect. She immediately understood what was going on, no tantrums, no fighting and she would join me in saying, "Shhh, night night milk." Thank you so, so much for this amazing idea that made an emotionally hard transition so easy.

There are many reasons why a mother may want to stop breastfeeding - and many ways to do it.

What works for you and your child may not work for someone else.

You know your child better than anyone.

Feliz Wean is here to support you in weaning your child in the way that feels right for you and your family.

Created by a mum who’s been there 🤍

Feliz Wean was born out of my own breastfeeding and weaning journey with my second son.

I loved breastfeeding my children, and I was happy to continue until at least two years old — trusting they would eventually lose interest and self-wean… or so I believed.

With my first son, that’s exactly what happened.
He stopped on his own at 12 months.

With my second, it was completely different.

He loved breastfeeding. Deeply.
And we continued well beyond two years — day and night.

I was exhausted.
Working full-time, waking constantly, and slowly feeling overwhelmed.

I knew I needed to help us move into a new stage — but every attempt ended the same way:

Tears.
Tantrums.
Guilt.

And I gave in.

Over time, what once felt natural and beautiful
started to feel heavy and emotionally draining.

I felt done.
But he wasn’t.

And I felt completely stuck.

I searched everywhere for help — books, professionals, advice.

But I realised something important:

There is so much support for starting breastfeeding…
but very little for stopping.

The advice made sense —
but in real life, it was incredibly hard to apply.

So I went deeper.

I joined communities, spoke to other mums, and found so many feeling exactly the same:

Exhausted.
Overwhelmed.
Full of guilt.

It was through those conversations — hearing other mothers’ stories, learning what had worked for them, and combining that with my own trial and error — that I began to shape a different approach.

I stopped night breastfeeding when he was three, using a simple method of binding my breasts to gently remove access.

And when I later created a gentle visual approach for daytime… everything shifted.

Within about a week, he stopped completely.

No drama.
No conflict.
Just a calm transition into a new stage.

That experience is what became Feliz Wean. Not a rigid method - but a gentle way to support you as you guide your child through this transition. Because every mother and every child is different. And you already know your child better than anyone. You’ve got this 🤍

You might be wondering…

Every weaning journey is different - here are some common questions from mums like you.

Will this work for my child?

Every child is different, and no method works the same for everyone.
Feliz Wean is designed to support a gentle and consistent approach, helping your toddler understand that breastfeeding is coming to an end.
Many mums find that combining the visual cue with a calm, simple story makes a big difference.

What if my toddler gets upset?

It’s completely normal for toddlers to get emotional during this transition.

Feliz Wean is not about forcing change - it’s about supporting you as you guide your child with love, consistency, and reassurance.

It can be used alongside any approach or advice you are already following, helping you gently redirect your toddler’s attention away from breastfeeding.

You can continue offering comfort in other ways - cuddles, stories, closeness, or simply being there.

It can also help to involve your partner or another caregiver, allowing them to step in and support your child while you take a step back.

How long does it take to wean?

Every journey is different.

Some moms find that from the very first time they use the covers, their toddler accepts the new message and breastfeeding becomes much easier to stop.

For others, it takes more time, repetition, and consistency - and that is completely normal too.

You can choose to move gradually, reducing feeds over time, or stop quickly if that feels right for you and your child.

Can I use this for night weaning?

Feliz Wean: printed nipple covers work best as a visual cue, so they are most effective during the day, bedtime routines, or naps - when your child can see and understand the message.

For weaning through the night, many moms choose to create a gentle physical barrier to reduce nighttime access to their breasts.

Some also involve another caregiver to support the process.

What if my child tries to remove the covers?

Applying the covers before your child sees you, and gently keeping them in place, helps maintain the idea that “boobs are sleeping.” I would advise using the covers continuously.

It may also help to avoid changing clothes in front of your child when the covers are not in place, as this can make the message less clear.

It’s also completely normal for some children to seek comfort by being close to your chest or holding your breast, even after breastfeeding stops. This can be part of the transition.

Is this safe for my skin?

Feliz Wean nipple covers are made from soft, skin-friendly silicone designed for comfort.

If you have sensitive skin, we recommend testing them for short periods first and ensuring your skin is clean and dry before use.

If your nipples feel sore, very sensitive, or you find the silicone too sticky, you can use the soft cotton discs provided. These can be placed over the nipple before applying the cover, helping to improve comfort.

Can I choose the colour and size?

Yes - Feliz Wean is available in three different skin-tone shades: crème, nude, and dark.

These are designed to help create a natural, seamless look.

The covers also come in two sizes:

  • Small (3.3 inches) - recommended for cup sizes A to C
  • Medium (4 inches) - recommended for fuller breasts, cup sizes C and above

Choosing the right size helps ensure comfortable coverage of the nipple and areola.

Do I have to follow a specific method?

No.

Feliz Wean is here to support you as you wean your child in the way that feels right for you and your family.

You can use it alongside your preferred approach, adapting it to your child’s needs and at your own pace.

One helpful tip: do take advantage of the smiley faces. They don’t just conceal the nipples - they can also help you create a simple, magical story for your child, which often makes the transition much easier for toddlers to understand and accept.

Do I need to wash the covers after every use?

Not necessarily.

If the covers are not visibly dirty, you may not need to wash them after every single use.

You can simply place them back onto the protective plastic film they come with and keep them ready for the next use.

Wash them whenever you feel they need cleaning.

For best results, many moms prefer to apply the covers and keep them on for longer periods during the day, rather than removing and reapplying them constantly.

If you only want to stop certain breastfeeding sessions, you can also use them just for those specific times.

There is no perfect way to wean.

Only the way that feels right for you and your child.

You’re ready for this 🤍

You don’t have to keep feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck.

You can gently guide your child into the next stage - in a way that feels right for both of you.

Feliz Wean is here to support you, every step of the way.

Simple. Gentle and playful. No stress.
